Isuzu 350 2005 obd codes P0103,P0113,P0123,P0342

Hi

I have a Isuzu KB350 2005 model the following obd codes:
P0103
P0113
P0123
P0342

We have unplugged all the necessary sensors (above) connection points while the engine is idling and there is no change on the idling, we plugged everything back again while the engine is running, again no change on idling, the engine light is still on and the obd codes still appear after clearing them.

We have replaced the mass air flow meter (P0103) and the fuel pump with no change.

What could be the problem?

P0103 MAF (mass air flow) circuit high input

P0113 Intake air temperature circuit high input

P0123 - 02 sensor circuit high  voltage bank1 sensor 1

P0342 Camshaft position sensor (CMP) constantly low

Anytime a code come up as circuit high , this mainly means the sensor is disconnected, You may have a wiring or harness connection problem, at the ECM, and this include the sensor ground and the ECM ground.
