I have a 2006 toyota camry P0102, P0103,P0113 car will not run changed mass air flow sensor and cleaned throttle body will start for 7 sencods then dies

Po102 MAF airflow circuit low input

P0103 MAF airflow circuit high input

P0113 Intake (IAT) circuit low input

How the airflow duct,is it torn?Once you install the MAF sensor, P0102,P0103 can set when there is false air,this can be from a not properly secured MAF air duct taking in false air,
