Dealer has replaced purge control solenoid valve 4 times & code remains

Vehicle: 2009 Nissan Sentra 2.0

It possible that you may have a faulty "EVAP Control System Pressuer Sensor" or the wire harness from the "Purge Valve" to the ECM is open. If you dealer can't fix the problem in 4 times, I suggest having another dealer check it out, shouldn't be that difficult.
