P1706 Ford - High Vehicle Speed Observed in Park

Question

Hi,

I have a Ford Focus 2013 Sport+ Hatch back 2.0L Gdi. Initially after 3 months from purchase, it has Engine Light on then they service it to clear and found out that they need to replace Fuel Injector. Therefore it fixed the Engine Light On issue. after that it still has an error code of P1706 and hesitation in 1800-2000RPM.

Please advice as Philippine Service cannot find solution upto Now its been 4 months that already passed and I keep on going back and forth to the Service Center.
