I have codes p1715 p1723,p1778 and po868 can these codes be fixed or I have to replace gear box?

Call Nissan Consumer Affairs Phone: 1-800-647-7261 they extended the warranty on the CVT transmissions 

"The existing powertrain warranty coverage of 5 years/60,000 miles will be extended at no cost to you, for CVT repairs, replacements or related towing, to 10 years/120,000 miles, whichever comes first."

Thanks G37driver for ur response.I am in Nigeria and I bought the car fairly used. Can I still enjoy the warranty? If not, does the codes mean the CVT is condemned? If yes, If I get another CVT will it work directly with the car? pls I need these response to take a decision as  soon as possible pls.
