po442 code, new parts and still getting code for loose gas cap why?

Question

I have replaced the purge solenoid and gas cap with new gm parts. I am still getting the po442 code and every time it rains or high humidity I get the tighten gas cap message. Before I spend the money on a new purge canister, what else can be tripping this code. I have run out the lines for broken or cracks, swapped the old evap sol back in and out to see if there was any change and no effect.

P0442 Evaporative control system leak detected (small leak)

This is the fuel tank pressure sensor, It is not reporting correctly, Replace the sensor it on the fuel pump module
