Vehicle ran fine, had rough cold start and then would clear out after 10 to 15 seconds. Kept getting P0170 code, cleared it with OB11 device and would come back soon after. Read about disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes. Disconnected battery, now no codes stored or other codes but now runs like crap, no power and will not go over 4200 RPM and starts to misfire. Read about the MAF sensor and cleaned it with the recommended cleaner.

P0170 the common cause for this code is a faulty MAF sensor , once its bad cleaning it will not restore it back to life. Just make sure that its MAF sensor air duct that leads to the throttle body is not broke or any tear that would cause P0170 to occur.
