Got codes p1401 po731 and po341 what should I fix, replace first.

Question

I cleaned the EGR as it was rumbling Idling high and stalling out. Now it is idling high with service light on.
What should I attempt fixing or changing first.

P1404 EGR stuck open

P0731 1st gear incorrect gear ratio

P0341 Camshaft position sensor circuit range / performance

If you removed the EGR be sure you have installed it correctly, if it is installed correctly go ahead and replace the EGR . What can cause the high idle is vacuum leak, P0341 can also be caused by excessive cranking, for now check the firing order, As for P0731 this can also be set by a loss of the VSS (vehicle speed sensor), or a misfire under load.
