P20E3 Ford -EGT sensor covered under warranty?

2008 F250 SD Diesel w/77,670 miles. Is this sensor covered under any of the remaining warranty? (eng., emissioins)

this is was I found, but it says 5years or 100,000 miles and some places it says 7 years or 70,000 call and ask the dealer
