When you get P1391 The loss of CMP (cam position sensor) and CKP (crank position sensor) The signal that the ECM uses for fuel and ignition synchronizing either is not properly timed or the reference voltage to either or both sensor is loss.There is also that possibility that either one of the sensor has worn out.
