P0141 H20S heater performance bank 1 sensor 2

There is bank 1 and bank 2 , As a rule of thumb bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located and bank2 is where cylinder 2 is located, Sensor 1 are engine monitor, and Sensor 2 are catalytic monitors. The code you have  where cylinder 1 is located and sensor 2 make this the catalytic monitor.
