P0141 Ford - Bank 1 Sensor 2, is that one after the catalyct converter or before.?

Just need info for the code p0141, For bank 1 Sensor 2.
I believe it is the one after the catalyct converter, Changed it but check enging light didnt go away.
And thats the only code that comes up. Need help.??

P0141 Bank 1 sensor 2  heater circuit malfunction

This is the 02 sensor after the catalytic, Sensor 2 are catalytic monitors, So now what left is the bank, Bank 1 is where cylinder number 1 is at. If the correct 02 sensor has been replaced and you have this code up still what you are dealing with are the heater circuit, You will need to do voltage test on the heater circuit, First check the fuse in the engine fuse box number F1 . 41 which is a 20 amp fuse replace if open.
