I have a 2005 maxima. what is code p0760?

I just put a used engine in and it runs but not to good .. the code its giving is p0760...please help ive been without a car for 6 months

What do you mean when you said "runs not good"? does the engine stalls? rung rough? no power?

The P0760 code shouldn't have nothing to do with the engine performance, the P0760 is related to the transmission and could cause shifting problems.

The mechanic says it doesn't shift right. the code p0760 is coming up what should he do.. i wish i didnt take my car to this mechanic cuz he dont know much...please help...
