This code is for an issue with shift solenoid C. This solenoid is controlled by the TCM, the ECM and also by the park/neutral switch. The first thing to do is check the ATF level and also condition. It's possible the problem is dirty or low transmission fluid. If not, then it's likely the solenoid in the transmission itself will need to be replaced.
