P1164, P1166, P1167 Honda Accord

Question

I have P1164, P1166 and P1167 codes.

I think P1164 is due to bad Air Fuel Sensor, Part NO. 36531-PAA-307 needs to be replaced.
Not sure about P1166/P1167.

Are all three codes meaning the same Air Fuel Sensor (Part NO. 36531-PAA-307) needs to be replaced?

Also, I replaced it with new Air Fuel Sensor, the P1164, P1166 and P1167 codes still shown up, did I miss some kind of reset steps?
