Engine hesitation!

Hello,
I have a 2.0 Ford Mondeo LX and scanning with formidable tool i read these codes P0148, P1664 and P1564.

While scanning with "Car Diagnostic Center 2008" i have read these codes P0407, P0403, P0443, P0222 and P0123.

Could you please help me which might be the problem with my car?

My feeling is like engine hesitation???
