Question

Is it more likely fuel injector related or faulty o2 sensor related? The car seems to be running like a dream... fuel economy seems normal too...

This code mean you got a lean to rich imbalance ,which the 02 response voltage is higher than the desired value, what causes this can be a simple need for maintance such as new airfilter, and a tune up.Also check the coolant level and that it is at the proper fil,And that no vacuum leak are causing the imbalance
