I replaced the timing belt on a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 3.4L. It will crank, it will run rough and die a second later. but but won't run smooth. its giving a 1130 fault code. the timing mark on the harmonic balancer is at the 0 and number 1 cylinder is at top dead center. can it be the cam senor.

The P1130 is for the Front O2 Sensor, but the O2 sensor is not likely the cause of the problem. Usually an O2 sensor won't cause the engine to run rough, you probably have an intake leak. Check the hoses or possible the timing belt installation.
