U1120 code 2006 grand cherokee

Question

While leaving my driveway, my jeep jumped out of gear. After re-starting,still no power to the wheels in any gear and grinds when trying to go back into park.
Getting U1120 from DTE report.

You get this code when the PCM does not get a wheel speed signal from the anti-lock brake module. You have a mechanical condition that has set this code, This code is just a response of a mechanical condition
