what do i need to do to get my car smogged ?.

i need to get a smog this year. my scanner shows p0421 warm up catylst below threshold bank 1. 2001 mazda 626, 4-cyl, 2-liter, automatic transmission. do i change the sensors first?, then what?

Based on the code you likely need a new catalytic converter, this is the one directly off the exhaust manifold. It's usually part of the manifold.
