What is the most common solution to the P0011 Code on a Chevy HHR?

My check engine light came on about 2 weeks ago. The diagnostics code is P0011. The first thing shown is dirty oil, so I changed the oil and they reset the light. They reset it once before and after about 45 miles, it came back on
