Could the P0011 code be due to my P1084 code on my 2006 350z?

My car has been throwing the P1084 code for a couple weeks, but I'm waiting for the part to come in the mail. Could the same part be causing the P0011 code as well?

Hi there

These could be related, both are timing codes however one is the exhaust timing on bank 2 while the other is a code for the timing advance on bank 1. I would check the engine oil, if it's low it could be causing these codes.
