car wont start normally after getting gas. it tries but acts flooded.

Hi there,

The most common issue with this would be the purge control solenoid. It's common for them to stick open, then when you fill the tank the vapors go into the engine and cause it to flood. Replacing the purge solenoid resolves the problem.
