Where is the Emission Vent valve Solenoid located and what do I have to do to remove the part?

P0449 Chevrolet - Evaporative Emission Vent Valve Solenoid Malfunction.
1999 Chevy Lumina 3.1 Liter Engine 4DR.

HI there,

The valve is mounted to the charcoal canister which is mounted in the left rear wheel well. You may have to remove the inner fender liner to access the canister.
