2000 ford ranger 4x4 v6. My cylinder 2&6 are misfiring. Don't no why. New wires, no spark plugs messing up

P0306 Misfire number 6 cylinder,

Cylinder 2 and 6 are companion , on the ignition coil when number 2 fails so will number 6, Hows is the spark on coil number 2 or 6 it should be bright blue is not replace the coil pack,
