P0011 2005 NISSAN ALTIMA SEDAN -

p0011 Nissan Altima 2005 2.5 engine. changed oil and replaced cam sensor no change in code. please advise.

p0011 is for the Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid Valve. 

You can take it off the car. its a 10mm bolt and the valve will pull out. Just spray brake cleaner, and let it dry of like 5 min and put it back (don't you a brush of anything else)

if you also have a p0300 code, check/replace spark plugs and see if all the coils are working
