U0101 CHEVROLET - cobalt

i recently took my car to the dealer because it was acting up and they replaced the injectors. after that it was still acting up shifts weird into 4th gear when driving slow. i plugged in my reader and the code u0101 lost communicationwith TCM any suggestions?

Vehicle: 2006 cobalt 2.4L vvt
