HI there,

The normal cause for this code is a faulty O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1. However, also check for any intake manifold vacuum leaks and any broken exhaust manifold BEFORE the O2 sensor as well. That would cause the lean condition the front O2 sensor is seeing.
