I have this code - P1166 and P2195 at the moment. I went to a shop and they noticed a section of the top of my fuel tank was wet. They said this was a common issue. My car has 63k miles and has seen a few winters since I live in western NY. Is this very likely it could be my fuel tank? I'd like to save my wallet the $500 drain if possible.
