I have a p2195 code on my 2005 mazda 3 . The the code mean that the front sensor is bad ?

P2195 Front H02S signal stuck lean

This can mean the 02 sensor in non operational,What will make a lean the 02 sensor stuck lean can be from low fuel pressure to a MAF (mass air flow), also look for vacuum leaks,and do a MAF cleaning.
