How do i fix the U1000 code for Infiniti g35 coupe?

I had both oxygen sensors replaced, the check engine light is still coming on, and its reading the U1000, what does this mean? How can it be fixed?

U1000 is a bad ground problem, you can clean the factory grounds with sand paper and tighen them back up. and you can add a grounding kit to help the factory grounds
