Accelerating from a stop the car seemed to jerk before switching into gear. That happened twice and then the check engine light came on. I was about 40 miles from home. The at check light was on about 15 mins after that. I got the codes P1762 and U1000 with a possible governor sensor error. How can I fix this and how much will it cost. It looks like it may be a faulty clutch solenoid valve. Any help is appreciated. I also just had all four break pads replaced. The rotors were also turned. I dont know if this will have anything to do with it

Infiniti cars that has the U1000 the first thing to do is lossen all the ground connecters clean them with sand paper on the connector and body and retighen the bolts back.

Fix the U1000 code first, that might be causing the p1762 to come up

You can also add a grounding kit to help the factory grounds since the factory grounds are thin and can lose connecting since you can rust and or have corrosion.
