How do I fix this P0446 code so I can pass smog inspection?

Vehicle: Toyota 1999, Camry, XLE 6 cylinder

P0446 Evaporative emission control system vent control malfunction

This is a failure of the vent control, make sure all the hoses to the canister is secured and not ruptured, and replace the vent solenoid,these tend to fail due to its location and its exposure to the enviroment.
