I have OBD codes P0699, P0123, P2101, P2138 Buick LaCrosse 2011

I had a check engine light come on and go away last week. Today the engine light, and the stabilitrak light was on. After driving the car slowed and on the panel it sayed engine power decreased. I scanned 4 OBD codes.... P0699, P0123, P2101, P2138. Can the computer be causing these codes to prevent driving due to the Stabilitrak system needing service or are the codes caused by the stabilitrak?

Vehicle: 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL V6 3.0
