can this cause the engine fuse to blow

Engine fuse (25 amp) keeps blowing during operation. Does not blow when idling. Codes I get are P0403 (EGR flow circuit), and P0133 (02 sensor)

Vehicle: 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.0

It's possible but not likely that the EGR component or the O2 sensors is causing a 25 amp fuse to blow. More than likely the codes are not related to the blown fuse.
