This is caused by a lean misfire, what you have is more air than fuel, this is false air causing the lean misfire, this can be from vacuum lines to the plenum gasket leaking in air, As for the 02 sensor it is just reporting the situation If P0068 is allowed to run long enough . The vehicle will go into reduce power mode, where you will have limited throttle control, The first step is to measure fuel pressure, the specification is 55-60 psi with key on engine off. Find the vacuum leak that is causing P0068 this include replacing the plenum gasket if needed.
