2000 Hyundai Accent GL has had a p1402 code that has continuously plagued the car.

p1402 code has come up. What should I do?
The local dealership has many replaced parts due to the ECU1 and ECU fuses blowing repeatedly, they replaced the 10 amp with 20 amp.

P1402 DM-TL (diagnostic module tank leakage) shorted or disconnected

If you are blowing the ECU fuse ,you definetly have a shorted DMTL or  purge control valve,What needs to be done is disconnect the DMTL power and retest, you will obviously code up P1401 or P01402, This fuse is also part of the trans axle drive position.Take out the DMTL open it up if they have to.the internal wiring comes apart very easy,
