P1402 Diagnostic module tank leakage (DMTL- Valve) - Valve malfunction

There is a TSB about this that pertains to you situation TSB CAN-04-90-004  . This is about corrosion of the DMTL connector due to water leakage into the DM-TL Here is a wiring diagram.
