could a P0447 cause a P0507 OBDll code

Question

the dealer did a EVAP system inspection (is that the same as an OBDll) got a P0447 they cleaned the part /all good they said After diving 10 mile from dealer the check engine light came on and my engin started lurching when i applied the break, shuting off car the engine shuts down hard like with a bang if you will. did a OBDll @ home and got P0447 and P0507
could the P0447 cause the P0507 reading/code? also dealer said they broke a spark plug off in my engine while changing them is that a story for somthing els they messed up on cause they said they had to keep it over night ???? thank you for your help Im taking it back to the dealer and dont want them to try and pull one over on me.

The P0447 is for the EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve, but I never seen any one cleaning the valve, usually you have replaced the valve to fix the problem.

It's unlikely that a problem with the vent control valve could caused the P0507. The P0507 is for the idle control. Sometimes the codes comes up after servicing the engine, e.g. replacing the spark plugs.

In short, the P0447 will not caused the P0507 code.
