P0128 Can this make the engine run rough with no power?

vehicle starts well but when accelerate it has no power then the engine light starts flashing on and off then it stops when the vehicle stops. P0128 CODE CAME ON WHEN CHECKED BUT THE COOLANT LEVEL SHOWS OK.

P0128 Coolant thermostat (coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature)

When the CK engine light flashes this is a misfire code, P0128 will not cause a misfire, When the engine is cool to touch, check coolant in the radiator, If its full, you need to check for the misfire that is happening
