Stuck lean code. replaced o2 sensor B1S1.. code returned. Found very small air noise coming from PCV from moving the pcv line back and forth. Short fuel trim reading 0.00 after starting goes up to 53.1 and stays there for while, then drops and drops all the way down to a negative reading. Could this small PCV leak really cause this code and that much fluctuation in readings?

P2195  02 sensor signal biased / stuck lean bank1 sensor 1

P2195 is for a over rich running condition,  The total fuel trim on each bank should be less than 10. One fault fuel injector can cause one bank that it is on to go to 30. Try a MAF cleaning

replaced the PCV and cleaned the MAF, car still run a bit rough from start and reading 53.1 again, then went down again, now is reading okay but car has feel of miss, 02b1s1 reading 0.00volts, and not changing

If the 02 sensor is reading 0.0 volts. Then there is a fault with the 02. Do key on engine off, the 02 should read .450 volts. When it produces a signal it ranges from .250 to 1.0 volts.
