P0141 02 heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2

P0161  02 heater circuit malfunction bank 2 sensor 2

These heater circuit are fuse protected, in the engine fuse box listed as 02 fuse is a 15 amp fuse,if its open a fuse replacemt is needed.

use a volt meter and check  B+ at the heater circuit, you will need to clear the code for the ECM restart the heater circuit operation

The resistance should be about 3 to 15 ohms  across the heater terminals. What needs to be done is voltage test, With key on engine off codes cleared go to the heater ground circuit , one lead to engine ground and the other to heater ground  ,which will be the black wire ,the voltage should be 0.05 volts to 0.1 volts.
