MY 2006 C5500 is going into limp mode. My code reader shows P2510

The truck goes into limp mode but only registered the p2510 code once. Sometimes the computer will clear itself and you can go again. Other times it takes hours to clear. Happens sometimes when you drive through a water puddle but today just happened with the truck running at fast idle while we were working.

P2510 Engine control module relay circuit

When you get P2510 , the cause is the IGN 1 relay, which powers the ECM. you also need to check the charging system.
