p0171 Code how to repair?

I got little more info, but I need some help on that. I have another reading which I did not understand that is

O2S B1 S2 0.050 ~ 0.850
STFT B1 S2 99.2

What this means, may catalytic converter is not good.

theres a vacaum leak on the motor,or bad o2 sensor,or a misfire on cylinders.
