How to repair P0171 and P1349 OBDII codes?

Question

I had a P0171 and check engine light on. Took the car to the repair shop and after replacing the MAF sensor, the injectors and O2 sensor, the check engine light is still on and now I still have the P0171 code and a new code of P1349. Any ideas how to repair this so the check engine light will go off? Desperate as my birthday is coming up and I won't be able to pass the inspection.
