Ford code P0113 will this cause no start?

Engine turns over , but no spark. Only does it some of the time

The intake air temperature will not cause a intermittent no spark, The IAT is located in the MAF (mass air flow) assembly and it is not serviceable, What can cause a intermittent or a no spark is the crank position sensor,This sensor is located on the right hand side of the crankshaft
