P0005 - what could be the problem

I have still visible P0005 "Fuel Shutoff Valve "A" Control Circuit/Open". I think that there is no visible problem of engine running. But alarm is annoying and could cause other problems.
Did someone have this problem, some solution how to fix it?

Vehicle: 2006, Fiat, Panda, 1.3 diesel multijet
