P0604 on a BMW , misfire coil 7. coils replaced now what? i even chenged coil 1,2 and 3

I received an ignition coil 7 Misfire, P0604 Internal Control module Random access Memory (ARM) error . the engine has a ruff idle. I Changed coil number 7 , coil 1, coil 2and coil 3. whats wrong????

The RAM of the ECM is where data or information is store temporarily, For the rough, Make sure you dont have a mechanical condition your dealing with, The ignition coil are fused protected, go to the fuse box you will see a block of fuse six all together in a tight arrangement, if any are open replace the fuses,
