what is nbf sensor cicuit?

96 dodge 1500 pickup 5.2 2wd. came up with code p0300 and then under that was code 43. Description was faulty nbf sensor circuit. Can't find any reference to that?

Code 43 Multiple misfire

If you got NBF this is a use of a non DRB scan tool which is the manufacture definition of  multiple misfire, When you have muliple misfire they can be ignition related,fuel pressure low related, EGR open,or mechanical, Inspect sparkplug wire for spark seeking ground ,
