The  oxygen sensor for this vehicle does have a fuse for the heater circuit of the 02 sensor , which is located in the fuse relay box listed as 02 A which is a 15 amp fuse. that should be checked for power and replaced if open, The heater circuit is internal of the 02 sensor this helps maintain a proper heat level to keep the 02 sensor in closed loop.if there is power to the heater circuit of the 02 sensor , the fix is replace the 02 sensor
